Terms of Service

All products are sold strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and they are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any therapeutic purpose.

You are solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product you purchase, and for complying with the laws that apply where you are.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory research and not for consumption or resale as a consumer product.

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Product listings, tiered pricing, and stock availability may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a listing contained an error, or we suspect abuse or fraud.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Tiered pricing is applied by quantity as shown on the product page and is always recalculated on our servers at checkout.

Orders are paid in Bitcoin. Each order is issued a unique receiving address and a quoted amount based on the exchange rate at the time of checkout. Payment must be sent for the quoted amount within the window shown at checkout, otherwise the quote expires and the order must be re-created.

Because Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, always confirm the address and amount before sending. Underpayments, overpayments, or transfers sent after a quote expires may delay processing and require manual review.

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin network. Tracking details are added to your order and emailed to you when the parcel is dispatched. Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. Parcels lost as a result of an incorrect address may not be replaceable.

Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. If an order arrives damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, contact support with your order reference and we will work with you on a resolution.

Our community channels are provided as a courtesy to members. Do not post personal information, impersonate staff, spam, or solicit. Official channels are read-only for members. We may remove content, restrict posting, or remove access where these terms are not followed.

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval and to the commission terms shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are held until an order is eligible, and may be reversed if the underlying order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent. Self-referrals, misleading claims, and paid search or spam promotion of our brand are grounds for removal and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its security, access data that is not yours, scrape or reproduce the catalog at scale, or use the site to break the law. We may suspend access where we detect abuse.

The Sector Black name, wordmark, site design, product photography, and written content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any misuse of a product purchased through the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may revise these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
