Orders enter processing once payment is confirmed on the Bitcoin network. Confirmation usually takes a short time but can take longer when the network is busy — your order page shows the live payment state.

After confirmation, orders are packed in the order they were received.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product references on the exterior. Vials are packed with protective material to survive transit.

When your parcel is dispatched, tracking details are added to your order and sent to your email. You can follow the status from your portal, or from your guest order link if you checked out as a guest.

Carrier delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Check your shipping address carefully before paying — orders are packed from the address supplied at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact support immediately with your order reference; we can only change an address before dispatch.

If tracking stops updating, the parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, email SectorBlackLabs@proton.me with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.
