We collect information you provide directly and technical information generated as you use the site.

• Payment information — the Bitcoin address issued to your order, the amount due, and any transaction reference you submit. We never receive or store card numbers.

• Community information — messages, replies, and reactions you post in community channels, along with your display name and role.
• Cart and session information — cart contents and the session identifiers needed to keep you signed in.

• Referral information — referral codes used at checkout and the resulting commission records for our affiliate program.

We use information to run the store and keep it secure.

Orders are paid in Bitcoin. Each order is issued its own receiving address, and payment status is confirmed by observing the public Bitcoin network. We do not collect, process, or store debit or credit card numbers.

Information related to your payment — the address issued, amount, and confirmation state — is retained with your order record.

We use only the storage technologies needed to operate the site.

We operate our own first-party analytics rather than selling data to advertisers. IP addresses, device and session signals, and site activity may be used to detect abuse, protect accounts, prevent fraudulent orders, and secure the platform. We may restrict access to the site where we identify abuse. We do not publish the specifics of our security controls.

We rely on a small number of providers to operate the platform. They may process information only as needed to provide their service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the service providers above, with carriers as needed to deliver your order, and where required to comply with applicable law or to protect our rights, users, or platform.

We retain information for as long as needed to maintain order records, operate accounts, provide support, protect the platform against abuse, keep business records, and meet applicable legal requirements. Information no longer needed for these purposes is removed or de-identified.

You can update your account details from your portal, and you can ask us about the information associated with your account or orders by writing to SectorBlackLabs@proton.me. Some information must be retained for business and legal recordkeeping even after an account is closed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and database-level authorization rules. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The site is intended for qualified adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and accounts identified as belonging to minors are removed.

We may update this policy as the platform changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page is revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
